-Help- Trying to find a horror movie.

its 80's or 90's
its in English
it had 4 characters, 2 nerdy guys an old Asian guy and a girl. It had them warding off a woman in a black cloak trying to get into the house and they would use salt on the windows and by the doors. If she got in and she'd ask you what it is you most desired and when told her it would happen but completely messed up.
That's all i remember any help would be appreciated it. Thank you
