The band has drawn upon the wide variety of the influences and musical preferences of its band members. Together, they have gained increasing public notice and critical acclaim for developing a unique sound of their own. Melding together blues, southern rock, jazz, rhythm and blues, gospel, soul, funk with Hindustani classical music, afro-beat and world fusion, the band has released nine albums as of 2009. Increasingly, the bandmates have combined their talents to perform pieces from some of the most highly regarded musicians before them, while at the same time collaborating on writing the songs they have recorded.

Grimble:
Aunque aún no he profundizado más que en algunos discos, la fusión de estilos que practica esta banda me encanta: Jazz, blues, rock, Africa, Asia... no se cortan un pelo :)

Como ya sabréis es sobrino de Butch Trucks, el batera de The Allman Brothers Band, y es guitarrista del "grupo madre" también, aunque ha anunciado su marcha para este año. Habitual con Eric Clapton, tanto en directo como en estudio, de él se ha dicho que es uno de los grandes guitarristas con slide del mundo, sucesor del propio Duane Allman. En su banda milita también Kofi Burbridge, hermano del bajista de Allman Brothers.

Creo que solo te ha faltado decir que está casado con la excelente "bluesgirl" Susan Tedeschi, y tienen también su banda, Tedeschi Trucks Band.  :ok:
