Samla Mammas Manna & Ron Geesin - Live 1975: Legendary Swedish Radio Archives, Vol. 1
This is simultaneously unbelievably great and unbelievably frustrating. The 1st 30' is a fabulously recorded SMM concert, recorded by and licensed from Swedish Radio.
This is circa Maltid, their best record of their early period and it's just great.
The second half of the CD has Ron Geesin, who also appeared at the concert, doing his fun and wacky thing for 20', before they all come together for a jam/improvisation.
So, why frustrating? Because, quite honestly, I want a full concert of Samla during this period in this quality.
Still, it's a blessing that I never expected to hear and this is cool as can be, with line notes by Ron and Coste Apetrea!
